Practice of Safe Shoulderstand
to Advancing Beginners–Intermediates.  

Students will learn a Safe Home Inverted
Sequence of Bridge, Shoulderstand, Plow
& Fish Poses, with Modifications to help
open the upper back and shoulders, while
keeping the neck & lower back secure.  

Shoulderstand is considered the ‘Queen Mother’
of ALL the Asanas, because it stimulates the
Pituitary & Thyroid Glands, Eases the Heart
and Detoxifies the Blood.
